Derrell Webb
Vice President of Operations, Food & Facilities Management
Derrell has served as the Vice President of Operations, Food & Facilities Management since January of 2007. As Vice President of Operations, Derrell provides oversight for all food service and janitorial operations for healthcare, senior living, and higher and lower education accounts, as well as in-flight catering services.
Derrell started his career with NMS in 1998 as a General Manager of the Anchorage and Palmer Pioneer Homes. As General Manager, Derrell oversaw the Pioneer Home contract. Derrell reduced overall costs by 30% on the contract and significantly decreased the amount of worker’s compensation claims by instituting a proactive safety awareness program.
In 2000 Derrell was promoted to Area General Manager and given oversight of all NMS Senior Living accounts in Alaska. One year later, he was promoted again to Director of Operations, Food & Facilities Management.
Derrell has a BS in Business Administration from DeVry University. He is also a certified dietary manager.
Robin Wade
Director of Operations, Food & Facilities Management
Robin has worked for NMS for over ten years in various positions. In her current position Robin oversees the operations of several accounts and is responsible for maintaining client relations and the successful performance of the accounts under her oversight.
Robin began her career at NMS as Patient Service Director and has worked her way up to her current position by taking roles with increasing areas of responsibility such as General Manager and Area Manager. Robin is a certified dietary manager and member of the National Dietary Manager’s Association.
George Rankin
Area Manager, Food & Facilities Division
George has served as an Area Manager in the NMS Food & Facilities division since 2008. As Area Manager, George oversees the University of Alaska account and the Pioneer Homes account in Anchorage and Fairbanks. He also provides oversight to the division’s operations in the Fairbanks International Airport. George came to NMS from parent company Sodexo.
George has over twenty five years of experience in food and beverage management, much of it within the higher education arena. He has held management positions with increasing levels of responsibility at institutions such as California Polytechnic University, Fort Lewis College, University of Texas and New Mexico State University.
George holds an MBA in Marketing and Management from the University of Texas at El Paso and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin.
Dawn Kimberlin
Director of Marketing, Food & Facilities Management
Dawn Kimberlin is the Director of Marketing for the NMS Food and Facilities Management Division. Dawn provides marketing direction and support for all the Food and Facilities Management accounts. She has over ten years of experience providing marketing and communication support.
Dawn has held positions in communications and marketing with NANA Development Corporation, CIRI, Walsh Sheppard Flynn and the Alaska Sea Life Center. Dawn is also an active Rotary member.
Dawn earned her BA from the University of Texas at San Antonio and her MBA from Alaska Pacific University.
Mark Jimmerson
Area Manager, Food & Facilities Management
Mark has served as the Area Manager in Juneau, Alaska for the Food & Facilities division since 2008. As Area Manager, Mark oversees all NMS operations in Southeast Alaska to include Juneau, Sitka and Ketchikan. Before being promoted to his current position, Mark served as General Manager of the Juneau Pioneer Home for three years.
Mark has over twenty years of managerial experience in diverse business settings and has operated his own business. Mark managed the food service operations at the Juneau International Airport before coming to work with NMS in 2005.
Mark holds an A.A. in Culinary Arts from Missoula Technical Center in Montana.
